The account is cost-efficient, easy and convenient to use and comprehensive insurance protection can be provided for all travel billed via the account.

The billing information can be accessed and downloaded in an electronic format for accounting, analysis and reconciliation. The account allows the designation of cost centres, purchase orders and other such fields with statements tailored to your requirements that can assist with the recharging of costs.

In order to further assist with the control of costs and policy adherence we provide a management-reporting tool. The tool enables our clients to view pre-trip and post-trip reporting and live data within minutes of a reservation being made. In case of an emergency abroad travellers can be located and our reservations team can assist in repatriation where necessary.
